Want to up your knitting game while doing something fun for yourself? Join us while we make Camilla Vad's Esther sweater. A stranded yoke sweater is a terrific entry into the world of garment knitting.
*Want to KAL but don't like this pattern? Any Top-Down, Stranded Yoke pattern will do.

Erin is hosting the Esther KAL. She has broken this pattern down into 4 parts and is ready to coach you throughout.

Skills needed: Comfortable knitting and purling in the round.
Materials:
A copy of Esther by Camilla Vad
Sizes US 4 - 3.5 mm, US 6 - 4.0 mm needles DPNs, 16" and 24" or 32" for main body
Sport or DK weight yarn in 4 colors with enough contrast for stranded work
Stitch markers
Before we KAL: Please purchase your pattern on Ravelry or in store before class. When you sign up we will send you our pattern guide with sizes and yardage necessary. You will need to have the chart on hand for the first session. Pick out your materials and have them wound and ready to use for the first session.
2/15: Part 1 Practice your stranded work while swatching color combos and reading a chart.
2/22: Part 2 Casting on and understanding short row shaping.
3/8: Part 3 Working your stranded yoke.
3/29: Part 4 Final questions and showing off your work!
