Knitting charts can be intimidating. You just learned all these new terms in order to knit a lacy piece and now you are faced with these crazy symbols? Have no fear! The Hideaway Cowl by Noriko Ho is a great way to learn how to read a chart - it's both charted and written so you can see how instructions look in both forms. Charts give you a visual representation of your finished item and are a wonderful method to learn to follow. We will cover the meaning of symbols in the chart, how to read it, and tips for working with charts.
